The New York State Police provides a great collection of publications and webpages that cover a wide variety of subjects.

The National Crime Prevention Council maintains a very good site with current news items, downloadable brochures, lists of programs, training opportunities and other resources.

About.com also has an extensive collection of crime-prevention topics available.  This information is sourced from lots of different places but is generally of good quality.
