Assessment Review Board

The Board is comprised of 3 members, each appointed by the Mayor, with approval by the Common Council, for a 5 year term of office. The Board of Assessment and Review meets with the City Assessor on Grievance Day. After grievance hearings are conducted, the Board makes a determination of the facts presented during the hearing.
