Susquehanna River Park Trail
Two-mile loop along the riverside for walkers, joggers, biker riders. During the winter months, cross-country skiers and snowshoers can also enjoy the trailway.
Swart-Wilcox House Museum
Oneonta's oldest structure, the Swart-Wilcox House was built in 1807 has been renovated for use as an education center for local schools and as a community resource. The Friends of Swart-Wilcox host a Summer Sunday Series of programs at the house focusing on history, the arts, and other topics of local interest. Informal tours of the house are available on these Sundays and other tours & programs can be arranged upon request. Free and open to the public, the house is handicap accessible.

The Yager features permanent and changing exhibitions of fine art, archaeology and ethnography, with collections ranging from ancient artifacts of the Upper Susquehanna’s first human inhabitants to contemporary art. Among the collection’s strengths are North and South American ethnography, Renaissance art, American Impressionism and Andy Warhol. In addition to being a center for exploration of our artistic, archaeological, ethnographical, historical and cultural heritage, the Museum serves as an experiential learning lab for Hartwick students and visitors alike.
